WAUSAU, Wis. (WAOW) -- The man accused in a shootout on US 51 in early October is not fit for trial, according to court documents.
Bennie Green faces a number of charges, including attempted murder.
Thursday, he appeared before a Marathon County Judge, where he agreed with findings from a doctor that he was not fit for trial.
He's scheduled for a review hearing in late February.
