Kate Hudson uses sex to stay fit.
The star of “Penny Rain at that time” celebrated National Sex Day on social media on Wednesday (09.06.21). She found that getting intimate with her boyfriend Danny Fujikawa actually helped her lose weight and stay healthy.
Kate is a WW Ambassador and said that the Health and Wellness website officially lists sex as an activity that counts in the WW app’s Fit Points.
In a video posted on Instagram, Kate said: If anyone needs me, I’ll be in my bedroom all the time … I’ll say 20 hours. If he can handle it.
“According to WW, I would have sex for an hour equal to 20 … s *** I’m terrible in math … 6 Fit Points! See you in 2 hours.”

Kate isn’t shy about discussing her sex life, and earlier her mother, Goldie Hawn, said she was always “open” with her on the topic.
In a joint interview, Kate said, “What did you tell me about sex? There are a lot of things. We talk a lot about sex. Surprisingly.”
Goldie said in her opinion, “I’m not rude. I love sex.”
And Kate replied: “Oh, yes, and she said,’Sex is a lot of fun, but it’s better to be alone.’ And that was a good lesson.”
