The Cheesecake Factory menu is roughly the size of a lengthy novel, so it is already quite the feat to choose from its many, many delicious options. Now, the chain has announced more than a dozen new items from breakfast to cocktails to dinners that will make choosing that much more agonizing.
Now, there are a LOT of new items to tell you about so let's just get started, shall we? First, we'll start with breakfast, namely the new Caramel Apple Pancakes. These are buttermilk pancakes with glazed apples, caramel pecans, and chantilly cream. Maple syrup is included, of course! There are only available on the Saturday & Sunday Brunch Menu.
For lunch and dinner, we have the French Dip Cheeseburger served on a toasted brioche roll with grilled onions, sriracha mayo, and Au Jus. Perhaps you're more of a Carolina Grilled Salmon person? Maybe some Baked Rigatoni?? Personally, I'll be ordering the Cauliflower Tacos when I go next. They're made with corn tortillas with fried cauliflower, avocado, onion, chipotle, and toasted pepitas, which are served with rice and beans.

You can also choose a Classic Italian Trio of Fettuccini Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan, and Baked Rigatoni or grab one of the other notable items including the Korean Fried Chicken, the Pan Roasted Chicken, and the Sweet Potato Enchiladas.
Of course, no dinner is complete without a cocktail! Some of our faves from the new menu are the Grapefruit Cosmopolitan, a fresh twist on the classic drink, as well as the Pineapple Mescal, made with Altos Plata Tequila and Vida Mezcal, fresh pineapple, lime, and agave.
You'll have to check out the entirety of the new menu items when they roll out to Cheesecake Factories around the United States through March 5! And the great thing is, they all pair well with a slice of cheesecake...this we know for sure!
