“Ballet Fit” with Katharine - Two Left Feet® ONLINE

Ballet Fit will put a smile in your day. Practice stretching, technique and balance. Fundamentals including tendu, plié, sauté and more. Have a chair close by for “chair barre” The instructor starts class with a stretch, followed by dancing ballet practice routines, following the teacher and get a great toning workout.

Katharine teaches "Ballet Fit". She is a classically trained ballet dancer. She performs in Washington DC, New York City and has taught classes around the world.
